How long does my order take to ship?

Depending on what you order, your new pieces can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks to arrive to its new home. Anything placed as a made-to-order piece will generally take longer to ship as they are made upon purchase, whereas a ready made piece will air on the side of speedy delivery. As soon as an item is shipped, I will send you a tracking number so you can verify the delivery date.

Do you offer international shipping? 

As of right now Elemental Moon Arts only offers shipping to the United States and Canada. However, we are a growing company, and if you reach out with a desire for international shipping we can work to ship it to you. Please just message me first!

What is your return policy? 

If for some reason your piece isn’t to you liking due to sizing, please reach out. I would love to talk to you about what we can do to make sure your piece will fit.
